Parties, website, and language
Gharvynnthit is a private project with a studio at Nieuwe Looiersstraat 3H, 1017 VA Amsterdam, Netherlands, phone +31 20 623 5949, email contact@gharvynnthit.world. The website is primarily available at gharvynnthit.world and includes the pages that we link from the menu and footers. For these terms, “you” means the person using the site; “we” or “us” means the studio. The public text is in English to match the current build, but this does not waive mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence when you qualify as a consumer under EU law.
We can add a payment page, a booking page, or other features later. When we do, we will either ask for a clear click-wrap acceptance of an additional product schedule or make the new terms visible before you pay, in line with marketplace practice. Free reading of general materials remains subject to this document until you enter a separate relationship with its own file.
Paid traffic, ad destinations, and third-party platforms
We may use paid online advertising (including on search and display networks) to suggest our public pages. The page you see after a click should match the topic described in the ad. For a consolidated statement for ad reviewers, visitors from the European Economic Area, and the Netherlands, see Advertising & destination information. Google LLC and its products are independent of this site. They do not operate the website, review our text before publication, or endorse our content. Other advertising platforms are independent in the same way. We are responsible for keeping our own landing material accurate and for stating clearly that the site is informational and is not a healthcare service, within the scope of the law that applies to us.
No professional, medical, or therapeutic service
Pages that talk about food patterns, balance, or everyday habits are general information. They are not a substitute for a relationship with a licensed professional who can look at your individual position, and they are not an offer to assess a health condition through the website. If something you read here seems to conflict with guidance you already received in a private appointment, the private appointment route is the appropriate place to reconcile that.
We may link to third-party tools, studies, or reference material. A link is not a warranty that the third party is complete, current, or lawful in your country. You decide whether to rely on any resource; we take care to pick serious sources for our own educational work, but we do not control what a third party writes after we linked it.
Acceptable use, security, and fair dealing
You agree not to misuse the technical layer: no attempts to break authentication that we add later, no bulk automated scraping that degrades performance for others, no upload of malware or obfuscated payloads, and no use of our contact channels to harass a person, to send illegal content, or to try to extract data about other users. We may rate-limit, block, or refer an IP range to a host or to law enforcement when the risk to the service or to people is serious and when the law allows such a step.
We also ask for a fair tone in free-text messages. We can refuse or stop answering correspondence that is abusive, threatening, or clearly aimed at a purpose outside the site’s business, such as bulk political campaigning unrelated to the studio’s scope, if we are not in a stricter public-law duty to respond.
Intellectual property, linking, and feedback
We own or have licensed the text, the visual layout, the logo mark, the colour system, the icons we bundle through standard libraries, and the custom illustrations we publish, unless a credit on the page says otherwise. You may read online, make a paper copy for your own non-commercial use, and share links to the URL of a page. Re-publishing a large excerpt, putting our materials into a data set that competes with us in a direct way, or using our brand as an endorsement of your product, all require a prior email agreement so we can control quality and context.
If you give us an idea, you agree we may use the idea without a royalty when it is a general product suggestion, while we will not use trade secrets you clearly mark as confidential in a private channel without a short written agreement. Unsolicited bulk concepts sent without a mark may be treated as non-confidential input.
Warranty scope and liability
We work to keep the site available and the statements internally consistent, but the site is provided as is to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, the absence of a defect in a third-party network, or that every sentence will be updated the same day a public report changes, although we do maintain a process for meaningful updates when we are aware of them. To the extent allowed by Dutch mandatory law, we exclude indirect loss, loss of profit, and consequential loss, and we cap our aggregate financial liability in a year at the amount you have paid to us in that year for a paid service, or zero when you only use free pages, except where a stronger protection cannot be contractually limited for a consumer. Statutory product liability, fraud, and gross negligence on our side, where the law does not let us push risk away, stay outside a low cap in the way your jurisdiction orders.
Governing law, consumers, and disputes
Substantive law of the Netherlands applies, without sending you to a surprise legal system, except that if you are a consumer resident in the EEA you keep the non-waivable rights of your home country where those rights are stronger. Courts in Amsterdam have jurisdiction for business users and for us; consumers may be able to sue at home in specific cases, and the European ODR information exists for cross-border online purchases when we run a store that the ODR page covers, which we will flag at checkout when relevant.
We prefer good-faith email first for almost every dispute, then mediation if a consumer scheme suggests it, then court. Nothing in this section blocks a right to an injunction where that right exists for intellectual property in emergency situations.
